LAST YEAR IN PIX! Lots of fun memories!

Christmas Eve is my favorite day of the year by far! I love going to my Grandma Rosell's House {when we are in Cali for Christmas} eating yummy food... getting in our Christmas Pajamas... having our little program where each family gets up and does a little talent... and then the kids act out the nativity! I love driving home and listening to Christmas Music on the radio, and then having our Stocking march, writing our letter to Santa, and having hot Chocolate before bed! It is even more fun with kids!
The night we got to Cali we went to the Mission Inn to look at the lights and see Santa... oh and eat Donuts {which I am still craving!} We walked around looking at the lights and saw a little band playing! So we stopped to listen... next thing I know Halie is up front shaking her booty back and forth dancing and singing to Jingle Bells! Megan got it on video and it was hilarious! I got a few pix of it but it was the funniest thing of the night! Thanks mom and dad for a fun night!
Seeing Santa this year was not as traumatizing as in years past! They both sat on his lap... told him what they wanted {Halie a bike... and Micah a Dune Buggy} He thinks he can fit the bike and he wasn't to sure about the dune buggy... but maybe if Micah is really good! HAHA! Santa told the kids they have to keep their rooms clean if they want their presents! {THANK YOU SANTA!} After we saw Santa at the mall we went home and had a few neighbors over for some hot chocolate and goodies! What a fun night!

Washington City has a tree lighting thing every year... where they light the big tree in the middle of the park... have hot chocolate and cookies and then have a parade where anyone who wants to can decorate their bikes, scooters etc. with lights and ride around the big sidewalk around the park! It was chilly... crowded and a little crazy but Micah had fun!

Every year we think about how fun it will be to spend a day driving up to Cedar Mountain to search for the perfect tree! And every time we are done we vow that next year we would rather spend the money and just buy one! But once again we went... and it was cold and muddy... we almost slid off the side of the mountain... and after cutting down a few trees (oops) we finally found the right ones! Matt and Becky got a huge tree, and we got a tall skinny tree. After getting our trees we went to Pizza Factory to see Janelle who was working! It was a fun day overall!
