Proud because my sweet little boy who is scared to death to do anything new actually got up on the stage and and sang the Mother's Day songs with the primary! If you recall a post from last year Micah came crying off the stage during his first Primary Program.... yes.... so we were a little nervous that he would do the same yesterday. But we had success. It was the cutest thing. He is such a good little singer and knows every primary song by heart, he sings all day, but he gets so nervous to be on the stage. I was so proud of him!

Besides him singing, Jeff made me a great breakfast and dinner, and Halie thinks she bought me flip flops because she saw my new shoes I bought and when I asked her what she got me for Mother's day she looked over and said " I got you new flip flops MOM!" (Thats our little Halie always coming up with something clever... she cracks me up!)

And .. just ask Megan (she was here) Micah did the cutest thing... after Jeff gave me my gift, Micah ran to his room and got out the present he made me in preschool and said "Here mom, I was trying to think of something I could get you that I didn't need my dad's help with!" So sweet! It was a cute little paper flower with his picture on it in a pot! I had the best mother's day! I am so grateful for my 2 sweet little children! They are my life! I love being a mom! Here are some pics of them I took today and yesterday before church!

Trip to Salt Lake!

Sooo.. it has been a few weeks... but I am finally getting around to posting some pix from our trip to Salt Lake. We had a good time visiting Jeff's family. Chris (Jeff's brother) Katey and Kiley flew in from Colorado. We do not see them much so we went to spend the weekend with the fam! We went to the Discovery Museum... rode tracks "the train" ate lots of good food, visited the great grandparents, played, and took some family pictures. Here are a few of them. It was a little difficult to do the whole tri-pod/ timer thing. But hey atleast we got some pictures of all of us! Thanks for a fun weekend!
