This past weekend we were able to go to Salt Lake to celebrate Jeff's grandma's 80th birthday! It was so much fun because Chris, Katey and Kiley were able to come and we don't get to see them often! The kids loved playing with their cousin Kiley, and we enjoyed visiting and being able to see the extended family as well!
Sadly, Katey's mom has been sick for a while now with cancer and passed away today. There are no words I can say that will ease the loss that she and her family are feeling at this time.
I continue to pray for her family that they will find the peace and comfort they need at this time.
It really puts life in perspective and makes you realize how precious our time on this earth is!

Thanks for coming home for the week-end. It was so nice to have all my family together.A mother always dreams of the times we can have together. I enjoyed taking you sweet daughters for a pedicure, it will be a blast when we can take Halie and Kiley with us.......Love
