i hope they call me on a mission...

This little boy is smart. He is learning so mach in primary this year. We were reading the scriptures the other night and he stopped us and told us the whole story all by himself. It was so so cute! He has also been lucky to have a great school teacher who has a son on a mission right now. We love looking at his pictures online and Micah has gone from being very nervous about going on a mission to saying he can probably go for a year if it's in Cedar. This is great progress! Ha ha! So cute!

Halie is constantly playing something with her dolls... it usually nuclides that little white floor desk and today it included this apron... which gave me a good laugh...

Church is sooooo fun with 3 kids especially when your husband is in the bishopric and sits on the stand! OH SO FUN! We might have got to church at 9:30 instead of 9 today... oops! But look at this handsome little guy!

P.S. One day I will get caught up and post all his adorable pics... but if I don't start somewhere it will never get done...so here he is today.. going to try to catch up tonight! :)

Great Gma Visits...

Jeff's 90 year old Gma came to visit from Denver and meet little Brock! I can't believe how well she gets around!! We had a fun weekend visiting with her and letting the kids get to know her more... we don't get to see her often so it was a treat!

Father's and Sons

Jeff and Micah went on the Father and Sons this weekend and they had a great time! Micah LOVES camping and is looking forward to the Beaver trip!

While they were at the father's and sons we had a spontaneous girls night with Amber {and Zach}.. and brock snuggled with Amber while Halie watched Tangled and he looked so darling sprawled out I ha dot take a pic! I think he secretly knows Amber is growing him a girlfriend so they have a special bond!

And it was freezing and rainy and the swim party was canceled but the kids still had fun!

Last Day of School

First Day...

Halie had a great year at preschool this year. Some days she loved it, some days she didn't want to go; I think it's a girl thing. She had lots of friends. Sophie was her favorite, and Brinlee. She loved playing dress-up and playing with the dollies. She didn't like playing outside and would sit by the teachers durning recess. She was Grandma Smith's little shadow most days!

9 years...

2 cities... 2 apartments... 1 townhome... 1 house... 4 jobs... 3 kids... and countless memories!

I can't believe it has been NINE 9 years! Crazy how time flies! Happy Anniversary!

Swimmin' Fun!

End of the school year and time for the annual swim party@the rec center!! All the kids look forward to it all year! Micah had a blast! It was loud, it was fun, and it was a little crazy!

Micah's class! Micah had the BEST teacher this year! She is absolutely WONDERFUL! He had a great year in first grade! I can't believe he is headed to 2nd grade! Time is flying by!

Here is brock in his cute little cradle that I need to take more pics of. This was Mother's Day night and he looked so cute...

Jeff's grandpa "big guy" made this cradle when we had Micah. It was cream and we painted in black this time and I made this minky bedding for it with the green rick rack... i was pretty proud of myself I must say!

Mother's Day 2011

Mother's Day brought some good laughs this year. I decided to just tell Jeff what I wanted this year... some flowers, a pedicure {so my toes would look pretty for Mother's Day} and a day off of church {ha ha not the church thing but it would have been nice} So I got my flowers and pedicure on Saturday and then the kids picked special gifts just for me:

Which was the funny part. Jeff came home from his meetings after church and I was munching on my favorite things, diet coke... baked lays and a little chocolate. In which the kids brought in their special gifts they knew I would love: We had a good laugh when they brought in the very thing I was eating!!! Boy do they know me oh to well!!

So glad to me a mom to this handsome almost 7 year old!

And to this pretty little 4 1/2 year old girlie girl!

And especially grateful to have my first Mother's Day with a NEWBORN in the house!!! I ended the night doing my favorite thing these days...snuggling with brock-e-boy on the couch!

What a good Mother's Day!

this handsome little guy is 2 weeks and 2 days... and i can already tell that his eyes are going to be big and brown... just like his brother! love love love his cute little face....
