aNoThEr DaY @ tHe WaTeRpArK

Okay so this summer I have decided since Jeff is starting a new job at the Leavitt Group and I need to be a little better with our money... That I am going to have to take the kids to the waterpark every day instead of going shopping! So if there are a million posts with what look to be the same pictures... its not... its just me and the kids at the waterpark again! Today we went with Cara and Camden, Beth and Michael, and Kacy and Talan. We had fun visiting .. the kids loved the water and best of all they were all ready for a nap when we were done! (except for Micah of course)

AUNT MEGAN CAME TO TOWN

Aunt Megan and Future Uncle Mike came to visit this week.... we went to the waterpark today and had a blast. Megan brought Halie the cutest table and chair set and she brought Micah .. his favorite .... BUBBLES! Halie just loves Aunt Megan.. she reaches for her even when I am holding her. It is really cute! I am so thankful for a great sister!

PrEsChOoL GrAdUaTiOn

Micah just graduated from his first year of Preschool. He loved going every week to the different houses. He had so much fun with Gage, Ella, and Jade. It is amazing how much he has learned this year. He can now recognize all his letters, knows their sounds, can write them, and know his shapes and numbers. I am so proud of him!

Cousins

This week we unexpectedly had to go up to Salt Lake for Jeff's cousin Troy's funeral. Although the circumstances were not the best.. it was nice to be able to see Jeff's brother, Chris, Katey and Kiley. Micah always talks about his cousin Kiley and it was fun to see them.

NOSE...EARS... BELLYBUTTON

So Halie is learning where her nose, ears, bellybutton etc. are! Here are some pictures to prove it! I just want to squeeze her! She is such a good little girl.

Dave and Nancy (THE BEST NEIGHBORS EVER!)

We have the best neighbors in the world... their names are Nancy and Dave Larsen and they are in their late 70's! They are like my kids other grandparents! Micah calls Nancy on the phone nearly every day to see if he can go down to her house and play. They usually watch a Disney movie, color, and have a little treat or he helps Nancy plant flowers. You would think she had an amusement park in her backyard with how much time he wants to spend over there but she doesn't... Micah just loves her! So a few weeks ago Dave asked if he could take Micah to this huge nursery because Micah just loves to help Nancy with her flowers. Micah even knows all the names of the different kinds of flowers she has. It is cute hearing him point to the flowers and say their names.. "those are pansies, and these are roses, and those ones are tulips..." So we all went to this nursery on a little "field trip" with Dave and Nancy... we looked at all the plants, and they even bought Micah his own pot with lots of flowers in it to take care of, and also bought some soil and seeds for him to grow. I do have to say he has taken good care of them.. we are looking forward to the radishes!
